- サービス内容・数量
- 福井県永平寺周辺の英語対応プライベートE-BIKEツアー（約2時間）。1予約につき1ツアー、参加者1〜2名。ガイド・E-BIKE・ヘルメット・おやつを含みます。
- 販売価格
- 一般料金：1名9,000円、2名合計14,000円（1名あたり7,000円）。柏樹關宿泊者料金：1名5,000円、2名合計10,000円。宿泊者料金は08:30開始、前日21:00（日本時間）までの予約・決済完了が条件です。すべて税込、日本円でのお支払いです。
- 販売価格以外の必要料金
- 追加料金なし。商品の発送はありません。
- 支払方法・支払時期
- Squareによるオンライン決済。クレジットカード、お使いの端末・環境で利用可能な場合はApple Pay／Google Pay。予約申込時に全額を決済します。
- サービス提供時期
- 予約画面で選択し、最終確認画面に表示されたツアー実施日時（日本時間）に提供します。所要時間は約2時間です。
- 申込み・販売条件
- 予約画面に受付可能として表示される日時・人数からお選びください。選択後に空きがなくなった場合は予約できません。自転車を安全に運転できる方が対象です。参加条件と安全上の注意事項を事前にご確認ください。
- キャンセル・返金
- ツアー前日17:00（日本時間）より前のキャンセルは全額返金します。前日17:00以降のキャンセルおよび無断キャンセルは、キャンセル料100%（返金0%）となります。悪天候や運営上の理由でZEN RIDE EIHEIJIが中止する場合は全額返金します。キャンセルはメールまたは電話でご連絡ください。

- Experience and quantity
- One private, English-friendly e-bike tour around Eiheiji, Fukui, for 1–2 guests. Approximately 2 hours. Guide, e-bike, helmet and snack included.
- Price and additional charges
- General tour: ¥9,000 for one guest or ¥14,000 total for two (¥7,000 each). Hakujukan guest offer: ¥5,000 for one guest or ¥10,000 total for two. The guest offer is for the 08:30 start and requires booking and payment before 21:00 (9 pm) JST on the day before the tour. All prices include tax and are charged in Japanese yen. No additional charges. No goods are shipped.
- Payment
- Full payment at booking through Square. Credit card, or Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported by your device and environment. Charged in Japanese yen.
- Service date
- The tour takes place on the date and at the start time you select and review before payment. All times are Japan Standard Time (JST). Duration: approximately 2 hours.
- Availability and participation
- Choose from the dates and guest counts available in the booking screen. A slot may become unavailable before booking is completed. You must be able to ride a bicycle safely. Review the participation requirements and safety information before booking.
- Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel before 5:00 pm Japan time on the day before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations at or after that deadline and no-shows incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). If ZEN RIDE EIHEIJI cancels because of unsafe weather or operational reasons, you receive a full refund. Contact us by email or phone to cancel.
- Changes and concerns
- For date or guest-count changes, or any concerns about the service, contact us by email or phone. This is an experience service; there are no physical goods to return.
